jetSet is located on Edmonton International Airport property, approximately 10-minutes away from the terminal building. East of the terminal building and south of the 7 Eleven, you will find selfPark and valetPark. View our contact information for more details.

The jetSet facility and its shuttle bus service are open and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to serve our customers. jetSet has staff on duty 24 hours a day with video surveillance cameras and a security gate around the entire perimeter.

selfPark is jetSet’s self-service option. Customers can pull in, park and then make their way to the heated shuttle stops closest to their parking stall. A shuttle will pick them up and transport them to the airport terminal. Upon return, the shuttles will pick up on the outer curb between Door 8 and 9.

jetSet’s shuttle buses run on rotation to the heated shuttle stops every 10-20 minutes (this can fluctuate based on weather and customer demand). Press the button in the shuttle stop to call a shuttle bus and let them know you are ready to be picked up. The transfer time from the parking lot to the terminal is approximately 3-10 minutes. When you arrive back from your trip, the jetSet shuttles will pick you up on the outer curb between Door 8 and 9 and drop you off at the shelter closest to your parking stall. If you are located at a charter terminal and need to return to the parking lot, please call 780-890-8625 to request a pickup.

If your return flight is delayed, you will be charged for the additional time at the drive up rate. You will need to pay with a debit or credit card at the gate or call 780-890-8625 for assistance.

You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. The simplest way to cancel or amend your booking is by clicking on “Manage my Booking” under the reservation menu.

Reminder slips are available in the shelters. Here are some helpful tips to consider when you park

  • Take a photo of the shuttle stop closest to you. Signage is mounted in each row of parking
  • Make a note on your phone on your parking location
  • Grab a reminder slip from the closest shuttle to you.

jetSet runs a shuttle bus that has been specially adapted for mobility users. Call us at 780-890-8625 to let the staff know you require assistance.

The jetSet Pay stations are located inside the terminal on Arrivals and Departures levels of the terminal. Pay stations are also available in shelters A, D, and E. You can also pay with a debit or credit card at the exit gates. Make sure to keep your ticket with you and pay upon your return before getting to your car.

The most convenient way to pay for your parking is to book it online in advance. This way, you can enter and leave the jetSet parking facility without making any other payment. There is no need to take a ticket when you book online. Instead, simply scan your reservation QR code for entrance into the parking lot and the machine will verify that you’ve already booked and paid for your parking. There are other payment options that are available at jetSet including pay machines inside the terminal on the Arrivals and Departures level of the terminal. Or you can pay with your debit or credit card at the exit gates.

selfPark charges are calculated by the half hour, the day and the week. When booking in advance online, promo codes can be used to secure a promotional rate. When you park for a week you receive your 6th and 7th days free. Promo codes cannot be applied to the drive-up rates.

There are 4 simple steps to a successful booking:

  1. Select your date and time.
  2. Complete your passenger details.
  3. Check our social media accounts to grab a discount code or join jetSet rewards.
  4. Complete your payment details.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and QR code. Scan this code at the entrance and exit gates to access the parking lot. Note that all online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. 

jetSet has partnered with YEG Park Assist to offer free boosting, tire inflation, snow removal and car find services. Depending on the weather and service demand, there may be a wait time. Please call 780-890-8983 for assistance.

Pre-paid credit cards and visa-debit cards are not valid for online bookings.

Yes, you can book long-term parking over at jetSet Parking. For stays shorter than 90 days, use the booking system on our website to book ahead and save money on your reservation. If your stay is longer than 90 days, please call the control room at 780-890-8625
