Where is jetSet located?

jetSet is located on Edmonton International Airport property,  just south east of the terminal building. From highway 2, exit and proceed towards Edmonton International Airport. Turn left before the 7/11 as shown on the map.

What is selfPark (formerly youPark)?

selfPark (formerly youPark) is jetSet’s self-service option. Customers can pull in, park and then make their way to one of the heated shelters conveniently located around the lot where a shuttle will pick them up and transport them to the airport terminal. selfPark customers can check in for their flight and print baggage tags in the shelters.

What is valetPark (formerly wePark) and where is it located?

At valetPark (formerly wePark), we’ll park your car for you! Customers can pull up to the main jetSet office where they are met at the curb and their car is parked for them. valetPark customers can check-in for their flight, print baggage tags and enjoy a complimentary coffee in the jetSet office while they wait for the shuttle bus to take them to the terminal. When approaching jetSet lot, take the first entrance into after the bus gates. Anyone flying with WestJet (Domestic, US and International) can check in and drop their bags, all at the lot. (90-minute cutoff prior to departure). There is no waiting in line at the terminal building. Just walk in and head straight to security.

What are jetSet’s hours of operation?

The jetSet facility and its shuttle bus service are open and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to serve our jetSetters. jetSet has staff on duty 24 hours a day with video surveillance cameras and a security gate around the entire perimeter.

Is jetSet an airline?

jetSet is not an airline. However, jetSet has partnered with WestJet to provide full service check-in counters and baggage drop open from 5am to 6pm. WestJet is situated right in the jetSet main office. Anyone flying with WestJet (Domestic, US and International) can check in and drop their bags, all at the lot. (90-minute cutoff prior to departure). There is no waiting in line at the terminal building. Just walk in and head straight to security. WestJet is able to accept bags between the hours of 5:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Can I still check in and drop my bags if I’m not flying with WestJet?

You can check in at one of the self-serve airline check in kiosks located within all three bus shelters as well as in the jetSet main office. Unfortunately, WestJet cannot check the bags of an alternate airline so please be sure to keep your bags with you until you get to the airport terminal.

How often do the jetSet shuttle buses run?

jetSet’s shuttle buses run every 10 minutes and stops at all bus shelters as well as at jetSet’s main office. When you arrive back from your trip, the jetSet shuttles will pick you up from doors 3 and 9.

How do I remember where I parked my car?

jetSet provides you with reminder parking slips which are located in the bus shelters. Your shuttle bus driver will also have reminder slips so if you’ve forgotten to take one in the bus shelter, just ask your driver.

How far from Edmonton International Airport is jetSet located and when should I arrive at the facility?

jetSet is the lot right next door to EIA’s parking facilities which is only a 10 minute shuttle ride to the Airport. Most airlines suggest that you arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours before you schedule departure time for international flights. As an added convenience, if you are flying with WestJet, you can check in and drop you bags on-site at the main jetSet office.

Are there any facilities for disabled people?

There are many designated disabled parking stalls. These stalls are clearly marked and are located close to each of the three bus shelters. jetSet also runs a bus that has been specially adapted for wheelchair users. Make sure to use the intercom help button located in the bus shelters when you arrive to let the staff know you require assistance.

Where are the jetSet Pay Stations located?

The jetSet Pay Stations are located in each of the three bus shelters. Make sure to keep your ticket with you and pay upon your return before getting to your car. Remember, you have a 15 minute grace period from the time you pay, to exit the parking facility.

What if I have a dead battery?

jetSet has partnered with EIA Park Assist to offer boosting, tire inflation, snow removal, and car find services. Please call them at 780-890-8983.

How do I pay for my parking?

The most convenient way to pay for you parking is to book it online in advance. This way, you can enter and leave the jetSet parking facility without making any other payment. There is no need to take a ticket when you arrive at jetSet. Instead, simply place your credit card in the card reader and the machine will verify that you’ve already booked and paid for your parking (be sure to use the same credit card). There are other payment options that are available at jetSet including 5 credit card express exits as well as 4 jetSet Pay Stations where the customer can pay using coin, cash or credit card.

How do I book online?

There are 4 simple steps to a successful booking:

  1. Select your date and time
  2. Complete your passenger details
  3. Complete your payment details
  4. Retain the credit card that was used to book and insert it at the entrance of jetSet to confirm your booking. Note that all online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.

How are parking charges calculated?

selfPark and valetPark charges are calculated by the half hour, the day, and the week. When booking in advance online, parking charges will vary depending on how long in advance the booking is made. The number of days charged when you pre-book is calculated on the basis of the times and dates you select when making your booking. For example, customer who book at least 60 days before their departure date, will receive 25% off regular parking rates.

Can I park for free at jetSet?

jetSet offers a cell phone waiting lot which allows motorists to park and wait for arriving passengers for up to 45 minutes free of charge.

How long do I have to exit the facility after paying at a jetSet Pay Station?

You have 15 minutes to exit the jetSet parking facility.

What if I need to cancel or change my online booking?

You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. The simplest way to cancel or amend your booking is by clicking on “Manage my Booking” under the reservation menu.

What if I forget or lose my booking confirmation?

Push the help button on the entry column as you enter and provide your credit card number or license plate so they can confirm your booking for you.

What is WestJet bag drop?

WestJet is able to accept bags between the hours of 5:00 am and 6:00 pm.

What if I park for extra days?

Extra days will be charged at the current “drive-up” rate at the time of exit.

Can I use prepaid credit cards?

Pre-paid credit cards and visa-debit cards are not valid for online bookings.

Can I book online for stays over 30 days?

jetSet does not accept online bookings greater than 30 days. If you would like to make a booking greater than 30 days, please contact info@jetsetparking.com
