New access method for online parking reservations
All online parking reservations at selfPark have a QR code to access the parking lot. This replaces the former method of inserting a credit card to match your reservation. Credit cards can no longer be accepted at the gates for online reservations. The QR code will be issued through a confirmation email.
Instructions to enter the parking lot:
- Approach the entrance gate
- Have the QR code ready on your mobile device or printed on paper
- Scan the QR code on the machine as indicated
- Proceed into the parking lot
Instructions to exit the parking lot:
- Approach the exit gate
- Have the QR code ready on your mobile device or printed on paper
- Scan the QR code on the machine as indicated
- Proceed to exit the parking lot
Please be advised that we are working on resolving the software issues related to our parking device intercom help system. At this time, an iteration of improvements to the process are being made and we appreciate our customers’ time and patience.
